"Dear Hugo,
On behalf of Rebuilding Together, thank you for considering the sponsorship of this project for the Arcadia Association of Realtors. Together with other community members, we
hope to focus on the Saldanas home in Duarte, CA on the last Saturday of April 28th, which has been Rebuilding Together traditional 'Christmas in April' event throughout the
Country. Locally in Southern California, we will be joining 13 other cities in more than 20 projects connecting neighbor with neighbor to enhance the well being of low income
home owners.'
'Our workday is typically scheduled from 8 am to 2 pm with continental breakfast lunch provided. Depending upon our funding, we may install windows, complete the stucco
patch work and prep the entire exterior painting, a week prior to our April 28th date. Nevertheless, we will attempt to recruit a volunteer work crew of approximately 50 people,
guaranteeing that we could finish within our time frame.'
