| Classes at CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes are designed for those wishing to obtain a Real Estate license and successfully begin a profitable career in Real Estate. Classes are held and presided by Hugo Torres every Wednesday evening (6 pm - 8 pm) at 433 West Foothill Boulevard, Monrovia, CA 91016. The course is comprised of three subjects that together qualify the student to take the Department of Real Estate's license examination. The average period per course is 4 - 6 weeks. At the completion of the school you will participate in a 2 ½ hour open-book test that will be graded by Real Estate Trainers (RET). When the student successfully achieves a passing grade of at least 70% or better (per subject), they will receive the certificates of completion required by the state prior to requesting the date for the state examination. Upon notice that you have passed the state board exam students will attend a training program designed for new licensees and partake in activities that will lead to a full-time Real Estate career. | Before you can take the real estate license exam in California, you must a complete a training course known as Real Estate Principles. We offer an online version of the Principles course in partnership with the Rockwell Institute which allows you to set your own pace for training and study from any location you choose. Our online version of Real Estate Principles is a challenging course. It teaches students all of the fundamental concepts of real estate using animation, talking characters, photographs, and proven online learning methods.
